As a registered Occupational Therapist, Madison is passionate about supporting adults in improving their mental health, well-being, and overall quality of life. She works with individuals experiencing a range of emotional, cognitive, and functional challenges, including those who identify as neurodivergent.
Madison’s practice is grounded in a client-centred approach, recognizing that each individual is the expert in their own life, with unique strengths, experiences, successes, and challenges. Together, you will be able to identify meaningful goals and develop practical, individualized strategies that support participation in the activities and roles that matter most.
Madison draws on evidence-based occupational therapy interventions and cognitive behavioural approaches, incorporating mindfulness-based strategies, psychoeducation, goal setting, and activity-based interventions. Depending on each client’s needs, therapy may also include cognitive rehabilitation and compensatory strategies, as well as executive functioning and organizational skill development to support everyday routines, independence, and overall well-being.
Madison believes that meaningful change happens through collaboration, compassion, and a focus on each person’s values and priorities. Whether you are navigating mental health concerns, managing life transitions, adapting to cognitive or executive functioning challenges, or seeking greater balance in your daily life, Madison is committed to helping you build confidence, develop effective coping strategies, and engage more fully in the activities that bring purpose and fulfillment.
