Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary. She is a registered Occupational Therapist in Calgary with over 20 years of experience in mental health care.

Throughout her career, Nicole has supported clients in diverse environments including hospitals, community health facilities, education settings, and private practice. She works primarily with adults and older adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, caregiver burnout, grief, high stress, and cognitive decline.

Nicole takes a trauma-informed, holistic, and client-centered approach to therapy. She integrates evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), behavioural activation, motivational interviewing, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).

Her goal is to help clients build coping strategies, restore function, and re-engage in meaningful life activities. Nicole specializes in supporting individuals through mental health recovery, trauma therapy, stress management, and rehabilitation planning.
